Only single antivirus cannot help u out in tough situations ,
You need a combination of softwares to help protect ur PC .
Here is the combination that I use
Avast antivirus > Malwarebytes > Super Antispyware > Comodo Firewall .
u can use AVG or Avira FREE in place of Avast , thats ur choice
As Far as avast is concerned , u need to register for free , give them ur email address and they will send u a free licence key for avast (i.e. for 1 year ) and u are entitled to use the software for 1 year !

The Radeon 9800 pro driver needs connection to the inner power supply of your desktop system for it to operate. If your system does not have the necessary power source, a number of internal devices can be installed to generate 300 Watt supply. The suggested configuration for you PC is the Intel Pentium 4 processor along with the Athlon, which is an AMD product or something higher with a 4X or 8 X configurations.
It uses 128MB of your system's memory or also 256MB of SDRAM that uses twice the rate of data. To install the Radeon 9800 pro driver's software, you will need a CD ROM drive and a DVD drive to support the playback of DVD. The various Windows operating systems that support this driver are the Me, XP and 2000.
The features offered by this driver are immense. They provide eight depiction pipelines that run parallel and also four engines of the geometry type that run parallel. It has an interface with 256 bit memory. The driver also supports the 8X AGP.
The Radeon 9800 pro driver comes with a SmartShader version 2.1 supports the shaders and the vertex in the hardware. The shaders of vertex maintain programs that have 65,280 numbers of instructions by flow control. The shaders of pixel maintain close to 16 different textures. The color configurations are designed for floating point and come in 32 bit, 64 bit and 128 bit per pixel. It also supports the MRT technology.
In addition, the Radeon 9800 pro driver has SmoothVision version 2.1. It uses the algorithm based on adaptive principles along with sampling patterns that are programmable. These algorithms have options of linearity based on quality and linearity based on performance.
The Radeon 9800 pro driver have a tri level buffer that offers lossless compression. It also has a second generation exterior support and provides dislocation mapping. What is even better is that this driver comes with a three year warranty.
