Webroot Spy Sweeper
I have Webroot Spy Sweeper on my computer and it has detected a trojan on my laptop. How can I get rid of it?

If I reboot my computer and basically start all over will it remove the Trojan? Or what other method should I use? I have heard that by going to the command prop you can get rid of it there but I do not know where to look for it. I have tried by searching for it and have found nothing. All I know is that the Trojan is called Trojan-Downloader.Gen. What should I do and how?

Norton Anitivirus and Webroot Spy sweeper are about to expire?

My Norton Anitivirus and Webroot Spy Sweeper are about to expire now, does that mean that I won't have those programs on my computer at all and I won't get the normal system scans as always or that I just won't have the newer features the newer programs have to offer??? If I uninstall it and reinstall it will it still protect my computer?? Sorry for all of my questions I just don't want any viruses on my computer.

They'll be on your computer and you'll still be able to run them, however they will no longer be able to get update, which means if any new virus's or spyware comes out, you wont be protected against the newer threats.

So if you want to be protected, either you need to pay to update them both. Or uninstall both programs and start using AVG and spybot both of which are free programs. I use both and they protect me just fine.
