How can I make master chief armor out of card board?

I'm trying to make a masterchief helmet for holloween,but i don't have a big budget so i'm trying to use card board or something, can anyone help me please?

For the helmet you just need a baseball helmet, a little cutty thing, like a saw I guess, and some fiberglass and plexi-glass, or since it sounds like your on a budget, Cardboard MJOLNIR armour for less than $30 as your request
