How do you open the jewel box on Mystery Case Files: Prime Suspects?
I have tried to do this in many different forms and get really close but I can't figure it out. Help please?!

Mystery Shopping is a process that requires using individuals to act as potential customers at any retail outlet to monitor a product or service. It is used as a tool for carrying out market research for any upcoming brand or for measuring the feedback of an existing product. Mystery shoppers are actually researchers pretending to be normal customers but they have very different tasks to perform. They pose to buy a product, ask various questions about the same, register client complaints, and also take down the positive feedback from real customers. It is then that they present their report based on all these factors. This process of secret shopping came into existence way back in 1940 and has proved to be quite useful since then.
Tools Used By Mystery Shoppers
There are a variety of tools that can be used for Mystery shopping. They can either be simple questionnaires or can be video or audio recordings. Now-a-days, Mystery shopping is mostly done through internet. People participate in the polls on public forums to register their views about a particular product or service and help the Mystery shoppers.
Industries Employing Mystery Shopping
Although the modern world sees a much enhanced level of Mystery shopping yet it is most prominently used in the retail sector. Other venues to witness this service include major fast food chains, movie houses, banks, theaters, multi–storied apartments, health clubs, gas stations, churches, non government organizations, and health care amenities.
Methodology Of The Process
Whenever a client approaches a Secret shopping company, the latter draws up a survey model for the company. This model includes the information requirements of the client company and necessarily includes improvement factors in the feedback. The guidelines for the mystery shoppers are drawn on the basis of the client's requirement and assignments are allocated to the shoppers along with survey instruments.
Although the information points needed by the client vary greatly from one company to the other, yet there are some common points that almost every client wants to record. These points include -
* When was the pre-visit phone call made
* Which store was visited by the shopper and how many sides of it were covered
* How many employees were present in the store at entry
* Names of the employees
* Was the mystery shopper greeted after he/she entered the store
* If yes, how long did it take after his/her entrance
* Was the greeting, a friendly gesture or a cold mechanical one
* List of questions asked by the shopper to find the desired product
* How many types of products were shown to the shopper
* Did the salesman on the counter tried closing the deal or left it open ended
* Was any freebie service offered or not
* Was the shopper given any hook pint to return to the store
* Was the service prompt
* Cleanliness and basic hygiene at the store
* Appearance of the staff and their way of presentation
Depending upon the guidelines by the client, the mystery shopper may include some or all of the above points in his / her observation and can present the data. But a must do for all the shoppers is to ensure that the transaction was made atypical. For this, they are required to carry out a more stringent check on the service scenarios of the store so that the real objective of Mystery shopping is fulfilled.
