How do I build a Saloon in Age of Empires III: War Chiefs?

I've only ever seen it in the campaign once, it was already built.

I can't find it in any cards and settlers can't build it

What civilization are you playing? I don't believe the tribes can build saloons, but they may be able to produce soldiers through the xp bonuses and such.

It's an age 3 or 4 building for European settlers.

SDX5-400W is a high capacity AIT-5 tape that has been designed by Sony for secure, economical and reliable backup storage. SDX5-400W backup tape supports the WORM feature while the non-WORM enabled version of the Sony AIT-5 format is the SDX5-400C AIT-5 tape. Actuator is a useful system that is very handy in the movement and adjustment of the tape drive and it also turns it on/off. This new system employed in AIT-5 tape technology allows the tape head to track the narrow path thus resulting in efficient and precise data recording.
