How do i increase my SIX sigma score?

We have 45 oppurtunities and if we take sample of 230 audits and 60 errors, we are at 3.9 whereas if i reduce to 1 it gives me 5.22 not 6 sigma, please help me to calculate six sifma score and how do i increae it to six sigma.

Base on the information provided, to achieve six sigma, it shall be less than 1. However, another way to increase your sigma is increase the control level. If both of them not allow, mean your process is not able to achieve 6 sigma due to the limitation of capability
