Can you teach someone to be compassionate towards others?
Can you teach compassion, or are people just born with it? If it can be taught, how can it be taught, and is there an age limit to when it's too late?
What a great question.
You can teach it, and you can be born with it, both. It's NEVER too late, and a person is never too far gone to learn compassion.
Experience breeds compassion. Leading by example is the primary way to give it away. Give compassion, and you have taught compassion. Simple exercises to see the world through someones eye's can help.
You can teach everyone you know and touch in your life in subtle, non-overt ways the true ways of compassion by showing them.
Finding a reputable mentor to teach you affiliate marketing and provide you the training you need to succeed online can be a daunting task. There are so many products out there - each one hawking their wares like old fashioned street peddlers. And all of them have the training to know how to suck you into their program - but once you get inside you realize they're either talking above your head or not providing you the how-to details from the beginning. If you are looking to buy affiliate marketing training - make a note of these three key points to consider.
Does It Sound Too Good To Be True?
Real affiliate marketing takes work. It takes commitment. You can make money online, but it won't happen overnight. It may not happen in six months, or it may kick-in for you immediately and you build upon that as you go. The point is if the program you are looking at is promising overnight riches - I'd run away.
There is good money to be made from affiliate marketing but it takes work to do it. The work is easier than digging ditches or working for someone else, but it's more than just throwing up a blog and expecting people to flock to your website to take you up on the offers you recommend. It's much more than that.
There are many aspects to affiliate marketing from learning about browsing keywords, comparative keywords to buying keywords - and that applies differently to pay per click marketing programs or article marketing programs. What works for one program doesn't necessarily work for the other.
If it sounds too good to be true, if they're promising you that you can make money instantly after buying their program - don't - because you won't.
Sale Pages Are Designed to Suck You In - Are They Reputable?
You can do a search about them - are they reputable - are there a lot of mentions of them online? I would seriously check this out and do some comparisons with their products and what they promise, the price they are charging you and what they offer.
A lot of people teaching affiliate marketing - don't really teach affiliate marketing. A great affiliate marketer mentor will offer you valuable content that has will teach you something -- and they'll offer a sample for free. Seriously. Do they offer free YouTube training videos? Check it out. Are they offering you a free e-book that has valuable content? Sign up for their email list, read it and find out - but be sure to go over it with a fine-tooth comb. A lot of marketers promise valuable content but don't deliver. A thirty-page report that has only one page of content gives you a great idea of what they'll provide you when you purchase their product: more of same. My suggestion when you get this kind of freebie: don't buy.
Giving away content is not only smart business -- it shows the potential mentor knows what they are talking about. It's like taking a test drive in a car you might want to buy. If you don't know how it handles, if it's not a fit for you, why would you want to buy? A good mentor knows this and will give you for free information that has value and shows you what they are all about.
What Are You Goals Online
Have you defined them? How much money do you want to make online? Is this a fun thing or just for some extra cash? Do you really want to do away with your day job? Do you want to write articles and do article marketing? Are you interested in creating niche websites? Do you have a passion, hobby, or other interests that others share with you that may be lucrative? An affiliate marketer is not someone who is selling something. Your job as an affiliate marketer is to match-make people with problems to solutions for their problems.
Your job isn't to sell them - that's the job of the person or product you are referring them to. Your job is to know 1) what their pain is 2) what their problem is and 3) the predicament they find themselves in. Answer those questions for them by match making them to a product they need and you'll find a great niche to make money in.
What better way to make money than to help people solve their problems? But the key word here is honesty. With the new FTC regulations, all affiliate marketers need to be transparent and honest in all their endeavors online to ensure not only their continued success but to build their reputation as well.
