I am planning to learn LAMP/WAMP tools. I have started learning PHP and MySQL. What about Apache and Windows?

What should I learn regarding Apache and Windows/Linux?
Does learning Apache mean learning how to install and configure it or does apache have any commands/syntax to be learnt?
